Root & Rise is for women in business who are tired of doing it all, but never quite feel enough.
On the outside, it looks like you’re keeping it together.
Inside, you’re exhausted, frustrated, and wondering if this is what you really signed up for.
You'll walk away knowing where you want to be and the action you need to take.
What this journey gives you
Over three months, Root & Rise offers a rhythm of online connection, shared growth, and in-person celebration:
🌿Opening Circle (90 mins live online) – set intentions, share your starting point, and step into the safety of this circle.
🌿6 x Group Coaching Sessions (90 mins live online, fortnightly) – covering five elements of transformation, with a closing reflection session.
🌿Supportive WhatsApp group** – a space to be witnessed, encouraged, and celebrated between sessions.
🌿Celebration Retreat Day (in-person, after the programme ends) – to honour your growth, connect in person, and integrate everything you’ve gained into the next chapter.

When does is begin?
Opening Circle (online): 9th of December 2025 (time TBC)
Group Sessions begin fortnightly from: Tuesday 13th January 2026 (online, 90 mins)
Celebration Retreat Day (in‑person): April 2026 (date and venue TBC)

- Investment Early Bird: £1,333 - available for the first 3 women who join. Thereafter, £1,666
(includes all group sessions, WhatsApp support, and Celebration Day Retreat).
