If you change your mind Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you’re entitled to cancel within 14 days of receiving your parcel for a full refund. Email [email protected] within that time. The box must be returned unopened and in its original condition; return postage at your cost. Refund processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned unopened box.

Coaching sessions & retreats • Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice. Failure to give 48 hours’ notice or ‘no-show’ will mean the session is forfeited, and no refunds will be given. Coaching sessions must be taken by 28th February 2026. • Retreat places may be transferred to someone else if a minimum of 21 days' notice is given before the event. Failure to provide notice will mean the place cannot be transferred. Places are non-refundable.
